These Terms of Use (“ Terms”, “ Terms of Use” or “ Agreement”) govern access to and use of the website www.madrasaapp.com (the “Website ”) and services offered under the brand name “Madrasa App” (“ Madrasa App”, “ we”, “ us”, or “ our”).

Madrasa App is operated by Ilmeta Technologies Private Limited, an Indian private limited company (“Company”).
By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website and Services.

1. About Madrasa App

Madrasa App is an Islamic education technology platform that facilitates online learning in areas including but not limited to:

  • Qur’an Recitation
  • Tajweed
  • Arabic Language
  • Hifz
  • Other related Islamic studies

Madrasa App provides a technology-based curriculum structure, learning framework, scheduling, coordination, and payment facilitation.
All teaching and instruction are delivered exclusively by independent tutors engaged through the platform.

2. Platform Access Model (Current & Future)

2.1 Current State

At present:

  • Madrasa App operates only via a website
  • There is no mobile application
  • There is no user account creation, login, or dashboard for students or tutors
  • Users interact with the platform through:
    • Website browsing
    • Demo booking forms
    • Direct communication via phone, email, or messaging initiated by Madrasa App representatives

2.2 Future Development

  • Introduce user registration and login features
  • Launch mobile and/or enhanced web applications

Such features are not available at present, and no user should assume access to them unless officially launched and updated in these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Minor Users

3.1 Madrasa App primarily serves children and students, including minors.

3.2 Students may be as young as 5 years old.

3.3 All minor students must be enrolled only by their parent or legal guardian, who:

  • Provides consent
  • Accepts responsibility for the child’s participation
  • Agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf

There is no requirement that users be 18 years or older to receive services, provided parental consent is given.

4. Female Students & Islamic Privacy Standards

4.1 Madrasa App strictly follows Islamic privacy and ethical guidelines.

4.2 To ensure safety and Shariah compliance:

  • Female students are taught only by female tutors
  • Female students above the age of 15 are not assigned male tutors
  • Children up to 15 years of age may be taught under controlled and supervised conditions

4.3 These measures are implemented to maintain:

  • Religious compliance
  • Personal privacy
  • A safe and respectful learning environment

5. Nature of Tutor–Student Relationship

5.1 Madrasa App does not itself act as a tutor.

5.2 All instruction is delivered by independent tutors, not employees acting as teachers.

5.3 The learning relationship exists between the tutor and the student, with Madrasa App acting as a facilitator.

6. Services Offered

Madrasa App may facilitate the following services:

  • Free demo / trial classes
  • Live one-to-one classes
  • Small group classes (typically 4–5 students)
  • Batch classes (typically 30–50 students)
  • Structured Islamic courses
  • Scheduling and coordination support
  • Payment facilitation via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
  • Course completion certificates (where applicable)

7. Demo Classes & Enrollment Flow

7.1 Demo classes are free of charge.

7.2 Users browse tutors, courses, pricing, and availability on the Website.

7.3 After booking a demo:

  • Madrasa App contacts the user via phone/email
  • The demo class is conducted
  • Post demo, monthly or course-based learning may be agreed upon

No obligation to continue exists unless the user voluntarily proceeds.

8. Tutor Conduct & Restrictions

Tutors must strictly adhere to ethical, professional, and Islamic standards.

Tutors are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing personal phone numbers, emails, or social media handles
  • Asking students or parents to move classes outside Madrasa App
  • Engaging in non-Islamic, inappropriate, or unethical discussions
  • Teaching content outside approved Islamic curriculum and ethics

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Payments & Refund Policy

9.1 Payments are processed via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

9.2 Once payment is accepted:

  • A 7-day adjustment period applies
  • If a student is dissatisfied, Madrasa App may change the tutor

9.3 No monetary refunds are issued after 7 days.

9.4 Refunds or changes are handled solely at Madrasa App's discretion.

10. Child Safety & Platform Integrity

Madrasa App prioritizes:

  • Child safety
  • Tutor verification
  • Controlled communication
  • Ethical and Islamic alignment

All communications and learning processes are monitored under internal safety guidelines.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content, curriculum structures, branding, and materials belong to Ilmeta Technologies Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Madrasa App does not guarantee:

  • Specific learning outcomes
  • Tutor performance
  • Continuous service availability

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madrasa App shall not be liable for:

  • Educational outcomes
  • Tutor conduct
  • Indirect or consequential damages

14. Privacy

Use of the Website and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

Madrasa App may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between Users and Madrasa App.
